Six one-hour sessions in person or on zoom

session one

We will discuss the fundamentals of meditation and establish a bespoke plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

session two

We will explore the spiritual roots of traditional meditation, including a discussion of the 7 chakras, and practice using a mantra.

session three

We will discuss the science behind mindfulness and explore practical ways you can increase mindfulness in your own life on a daily basis.

session four

Meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools for managing stress & anxiety. During this session we will focus on guided meditation and breathing exercises to calm the nerves.

session five

This session will focus on using your meditation practice to increase feelings of gratitude and loving kindness.

session six

Now that you have established a regular meditation practice, we will focus on using visualization as a tool to improve your mindset, mental and physical health, and ability to manifest.
