The future belongs to the curious, the ones who are not afraid to try, explore, poke, and question.”

Clarissa Pinkola Estés

What is your coaching style?

My style is compassionate, curious, and collaborative. I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) with mindfulness and holistic practices, creating a safe space where all parts of you are welcome. Sessions are gentle yet powerful — grounded in evidence-based methods but also intuitive, creative, and tailored to your unique needs.

What is the difference between IFS coaching and therapy?

IFS therapy is a clinical treatment provided by licensed mental health professionals to address diagnoses, trauma, and deep psychological wounds. IFS coaching, on the other hand, is a supportive and growth-oriented process. As a coach, I help you explore your parts, build self-awareness, and move toward balance and fulfillment in everyday life. Coaching is about clarity, empowerment, and transformation — not clinical treatment.

How will I feel during a session?

Most clients describe feeling calm, supported, and deeply seen. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can relax into the process. We usually begin with a short grounding or light meditation so you feel centered. As we move through the session, you may notice curiosity, relief, or even strong emotions arising—that’s completely natural and often a sign that important parts of you are being heard. You remain in charge the whole time; I simply guide with gentle questions and compassionate presence. Many people leave a session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves, though some report feeling tired as their system adjusts.

What if I get emotional?

Totally normal! Because IFS helps you connect with parts of yourself that may carry old pain, unmet needs, or protective roles. When those parts finally feel seen, your brain and nervous system can shift out of “protection mode” — the amygdala (the brain’s alarm system) begins to calm, and areas tied to regulation and reflection (like the prefrontal cortex) become more active. This release often feels emotional, but it’s actually your system moving toward healing and balance.

Is IFS "woo woo?"

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based, neuroscience-supported model that has been studied for decades and is recognized as an effective approach for healing and personal growth. At its core, IFS is very practical: it’s about learning how to listen to different parts of yourself so you can live with more clarity, calm, and choice.

For some clients, sessions may also open the door to deeper, more spiritual exploration—such as connecting with guides, ancestral legacies, or intuitive wisdom. This is always a collaborative decision: we’ll discuss what feels comfortable and meaningful for you, and you choose the direction we take together.

Do you work with teens?

Yes — I offer coaching for teens. Sessions focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping tools, all in a safe and supportive space tailored to their age and needs.

How many sessions do I need?

I recommend starting with at least 6 sessions. This gives us time to build trust, explore your parts, and begin creating lasting shifts. Many clients choose to continue longer for deeper growth and Self awareness.

Are our sessions confidential?

Yes — everything you share is kept private and confidential. Your sessions are a safe space where you can speak openly and without judgment.

I only see a virtual option. Can we meet in person?

Most sessions are held on Zoom for flexibility and convenience. If you prefer, in-person sessions can be arranged by request.

I want to work with you but I don't see a time that works for my schedule

No problem — just contact me directly and we’ll find a time that works for you.

How much do you charge?

I charge $120/60 minute session. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Do you offers discounts or a sliding scale?

I occassionally will offer bundle discounts for multiple sessions paid upfront. If this appeals to you, please ask me for more information.

I also understand that coaching can feel out of reach financially for some clients. I offer a sliding scale on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out if this would support you.
